Vegetables
With many years experience we start planning and ordering seeds in December for our fields.
Some of our vegetables we start in the greenhouses and transplant into the field for better performance and timing purposes.
Others get planted as seeds straight into the field.



Spring
Vegetables: asparagus, peas, broccoli, green onions, radishes, kohlorabi, swiss chard, rhubarb, lettuce, kale.
Fruit: strawberries

Summer
Vegetables: sweet corn (bicolor and white), tomatoes, green beans, wax beans, peppers, zucchini, summer squash, cabbage, carrots, onions, potatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, beets, broccoli, radishes, lettuce, swiss chard, kohlorabi
Fruit: red raspberries, peaches, nectarines, plums, grapes, cherries, and blueberries, watermelons, cantaloupe

Fall
Vegetables: Winter squash, Brussel sprouts, canning tomatoes, plum tomatoes, sweet corn (bicolor and white), tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, carrots, onions, potatoes, cucumbers, beets, broccoli, swiss chard
Fruits:
Apples (sweet and tart), pears, watermelons

Pumpkins:Giant, Large, Medium, Small, Pie Pumpkins, Miniature Pumpkins, Cinderella Pumpkins, White Pumpkins
Squash:Butternut, Acorn, Spaghetti, Buttercup, Spweet Dumpling, Hubbard, Turban, Cushaw
Gourds: Spoon, Wing, Little Gourd Mixes, Baby Bottle, Swan, Birdhouse, Snake, Cave Mans Club
Fall Decor: Mums(lots of color), Corn Stalks, Straw, Indian Corn, Squirrel Feed Corn, Homegrown Popcorn(white and yellow), and much, much more!
